Wear it, Love it, Share it artists, BeverleyHils, brought glamorous installations to towns and cities across Cambridgeshire, spreading the eco message with panache. Families came along for instant makeovers, fun fashion shoots and stylish bargains.  Fun dressing up with clothes destined for the charity shops, helped spread the “upcycle” message in a fun and glamorous way.  Green is the new black!

Events from Wisbeach to Grantchester took place over the summer with local charity shops donating the most colourful and glamorous clothes the Wear It Love It Share It cause.  The items were used for the makeovers but could also be purchased, with everyone reminded that ALL textiles can go to charity shops and NONE should end up in landfill sites where they cause problems for future generations.  Our message? “Stop shopping and start swopping!” Clever antics with props and green-screens enabled us to maintain an interactive online community to share upcycling ideas and more.
